Daily Inspirational Thoughts
to bless your life.

Monday
I saw the light.
Monday Devotional:
Saul - later called Paul - wrote most of the books of the New Testament.
Paul told us that he had tried to serve the God of the Bible, and he tried to follow all of God's commands. Yet, it wasn't until he saw the light that things changed in his life.
All Christians go through this. All of us have our "I saw the light" experience. For some of us, it came slowly, and we don't remember the exact day. Yet at some point in our life, we "got it," and we realized that we needed Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
I testify that: I love Jesus. I live for Jesus because I SAW the light!
Have you seen the light and received Jesus? If you have never accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, please click here and go to our Salvation page.
If you have seen the light of Jesus and are saved,
then I invite you to pray for others to see the light.
We have a Prayer for the Nations.
We also have prayer specifically for your family members:
Prayer for our children and family members and Prayer for Prodigals.
Jesus said, "I am the light of the World."
Let's get excited and happy about our salvation!
There is an old hymn that celebrates
"I SAW the light!"
I have posted a version that has the words for you.
There is also another version by Johnny Cash
near the bottom of the page.
Tuesday
I saw the light!
I saw the light!

I accepted Jesus
The Light of the World!

Now I sing the words,
"This little light of mine I'm gonna let it shine!"
Note that a video for the song
This Little Light of Mine is given at the bottom of the page.
The following video goes well with the lyrics to the song
This Little Light of Mine.
Wednesday
Those who truly have seen the light
are changed forever.
They seek to please their Savior.
Dear Lord,
We celebrate you. We celebrate your love, your mercy, your guidance, and even your correction.
We have seen the light, and we have dedicated ourselves to you.
As we journey through this life, we pray that you would create a tender heart in us so that we would seek to encourage, strengthen, and support our brothers and sisters in the Lord.
Amen

Jesus said to those who follow him:
"You are the light of the world.
A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket,
but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all
who are in the house.
Let your light so shine before men that they may see your
good works and glorify your Father in heaven."
Matthew 5:14-16 NKJV
Thursday
Paul's prayer for us:
I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light
so that you can see something
of the future he has called you to share.
Ephesians 1:18 TLB
I hope the song I've posted below
