Caleb is one of the

Heroes of the Bible

One of the

 reasons Bible scholars admire

the Old Testament hero

Caleb

is because...

not only did he show remarkable
trust in God
as he boldly faced

GIANTS

as a 40-year-old man
and
declared that

"with God"
he could
conquer them...

but

he was still

expressing

FAITH

with Pep and Power

when he boldly declared in Joshua 14:12

at 85 years old,

“Give me a mountain to conquer!”

God intends for each of us

to conquer mountains –

no matter if we are teenagers

or

nearing 90 years old!

A mountain may represent many things other than a vertical geographic protrusion.

Mountains may be things such as

an addiction or other sin issue in your life -

  for example:

a bad attitude that you have -

or a tendency to lie instead of tell the truth.

A mountain may represent unforgiveness toward someone.

A mountain may represent a personal goal that God has put in your heart or a professional goal that your boss has given you.

A mountain may represent financial debt.

The list of what a mountain is can go on and on.

We may need to SPEAK to a mountain

to tell it to move

(and keep speaking to it UNTIL it MOVES)

or

we may have to shove it out of the way,

or

we may have to climb over it.

Mountain-Moving Faith!

A main point in this article is:

We all have mountains during our lifetime.

AND

God calls us to be

MOUNTAIN - CONQUERING

BELIEVERS

in Jesus Christ.

I ask you to ponder:

What mountains does God want me to conquer this year?

God expects us to achieve victories in our life.

God has equipped us with

Ephesians 6

Bible Armor

to help us.

IF we

Read the Bible,

Pray,

Put on our Armor,

and

Follow Jesus every day...

We WILL have God's POWER in our LIFE!

God's POWER produces VICTORIES in our Life!

I'm trying to inspire you

to allow yourself to

stir up

Enthusiasm!

So that you can receive

ALL THE

MOTIVATION

that God has for you.

I hope I'm not spending more time

trying to motivate you

than you are going to spend

trying to motivate yourself!

Can I get you to rev your engine?

This year God has stirred me to have a motto.

The motto is

“I will think like a Champion!”

* * *

I have started speaking out that motto,

and

my soul has been blessed.

* * * *

My soul is my mind, will, and emotions.

* * * * *

By firmly deciding to

“Think like a Champion”

and speaking those words

during difficult times of my day,

I have experienced being emotionally uplifted,

being mentally empowered to think

more like Christ,

and

my will steadied and strengthened

for obeying God.

God is encouraging us to

Get MOTIVATED.

God is encouraging us to

listen to him

as

he shows us

HOW

to

Strengthen our FAITH!

One way our

Faith

is strengthened

is when

we speak out godly words.

When we regularly speak out

godly words,

we begin to see

good changes in our life.

Dear Lord,

God,

Lord,

I am dedicating myself to you this year.

I am going to seek to follow you closely.

I am going to read your Word.

I am going to allow you

to teach me how

to be a

CHAMPION for CHRIST!
