I regularly put on the armor of God.

I act like the pieces are visible and tangible.

I feel strong after I put God's armor on!

Monday 

Today's Full Armor of God Prayer

is found on our Helmet of Salvation page.

The following prayer is an excerpt from our

Helmet of Salvation page:

                                       The Powerful Armor of God!

Mighty God,

Thank you for giving me your armor.

Thank you for explaining to me how powerful it is.

Thank you for telling me to meditate on your Words.

I see good fruit growing in my life from yielding to your guidance.

So today.......

I put on the Helmet of Salvation.

Thank you for your saving power that rescued me from hell and positions me under your everlasting protection and provision.

I put on the Belt of Truth.

Thank you that as I read your truth, I understand your truth better and better.

Thank you that as I read your truth, my faith in you - and in your Word  - grows.

 

I put on the Breastplate of Righteousness.

Thank you for giving me the righteousness of Christ.

I will show respect and honor to you by seeking to follow you in every way.

I put on the Shoes of Peace.

Thank you for your divine peace that guides me beside the still waters.

Your peace is comforting and calming. Show me how to receive more of your peace this day.

I pick up the Shield of Faith.

Thank you for my strong Shield of Faith that assures me that I am loved and accepted By You.

My shield gives me confidence that I am powerful and mighty In You as I follow your Word.

I pick up the Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God.

Thank you for a sword that is powerful.

Thank you for a sword that is mighty.

My sword changes things in the natural world.

My sword destroys the works of the enemy.

I will speak out your Words this day!

AMEN!

Tuesday

Today's Full Armor of God Prayer

is found on our Shield of Faith page.

The following prayer is an excerpt from our

Shield of Faith page:

 

Full Armor of God Prayer

God of Creation - Mighty and True,

I come before you to thank you for giving me your strong armor.

I praise You for the power and authority you give me to use for your purposes.

Helmet

Today I put on the Helmet of Salvation. Thank you, Lord, for saving me from hell and providing a heavenly home for me.

Lord, You designed my helmet to protect my thoughts. I will cooperate with You this day. I will allow godly thoughts to flow through my mind this day, and I will reject ungodly thoughts.

Shoes

Thank you for my Shoes of Peace.

When I allow godly peace to guide me, I feel so good inside.

I put on my Shoes of Peace. They cushion each step that I take. These shoes help to reduce the friction and irritation that can naturally come as I live in this ungodly world.

 

Breastplate

I put on the Breastplate of Righteousness.

I want to be right with You.

Lord, I invite You to speak to me about any sin that I need to confess and ask forgiveness for.  I want to feel totally comfortable with You.

Thank you for your wholehearted forgiveness toward me.  And thank you for this breastplate that covers my heart - which is the very inner part of me.

Wearing this breastplate reminds me that You want me to guard my heart. You want my heart to be tender and protected from impurity. I will make decisions that will protect my heart from sinful things.

Belt

I put on the Belt of Truth.

Today I renew my dedication to Your truth.

I will live within the boundaries of Your truth. I want to follow you more closely each day. I will tighten my belt so that I can feel it restraining me and protecting me from sin.

 

Shield

I pick up my Shield of Faith.

I will recognize doubt darts, and I will quickly respond.

I declare that every doubt dart that is fired at me will be met with faith and trust in You, Lord, and in Your Word.

 

Sword

Thank You for the Sword of the Spirit.

I pick up the Sword of the Spirit, and I give voice to the Word of God. I will become more and more comfortable speaking out Scriptures. 

I will remind myself that when I speak out Your Scriptures, Your power is unleashed.

Now I am dressed and ready to live a life of dedication
to You, Lord,
in my words and in my actions.

AMEN!

Full Armor of God Prayer

Father God,

Thank you for my Powerful Armor. I will enthusiastically put it on this day!

I put on the Helmet of Salvation.

Lord, you and your Word are my Salvation.

I praise you and magnify your name!

 

I put on the Belt of Truth.

Thank you for your Truth.

I need your truth to guide me this day.

 

I put on the Breastplate of Righteousness.

Thank you for allowing me to wear the Righteousness of Christ.

To honor you, I will seek to think right thoughts and make right choices today.

 

I put on the Shoes of Peace.

Thank you for your Shoes of Peace.

I want your peace to surround me and uplift me this day.

 

I pick up the Shield of Faith.

Thank you for your Shield.

I pick up the assurance that your Word is true, and I can stand on it!

 

I pick up the Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God.

Thank you for your Word.

I pick up the POWER that you have placed in your Word.

I will speak out your POWER, and I will experience newness of life.

I am now dressed and ready to move mightily through this day.

I will be a Faithful, Freshly – Focused Follower of Jesus Christ!

Amen!

Full Armor of God Prayer

Dear Lord - God of Power and Might,

Thank you for your Armor!

I put on the Helmet of Salvation.

Thank you for my eternal salvation!
      And thank you for increasing my zeal to follow you!

      Thank you for saving me from the way I have always been and taking me to the way I CAN BE through
the power of Jesus Christ!

Thank you for making me into a
Powerful Freshly Focused Follower of Jesus Christ!

 

I put on the Belt of Truth.

     Thank you that your Word reveals 

and explains truth.

I will read your Word, and I will follow your truth.

 

I put on the Breastplate of Righteousness.

Thank you for taking my sins and giving me
your righteousness.
I will honor you this day by seeking to obey you.

 

 I put on the Shoes of Peace.

Thank you that it is your will that I walk in peace.  
Thank you that it is your will to help me to expand
my capacity to receive your peace.

 

I pick up the Shield of Faith.

I pick up confidence in the Word of God. 
         Thank you for your Word.
It protects me from discouragement, distractions, and destructive influences.
        I will grow into the strong, mature, godly person that you are calling me to be. 

I pick up the Sword of the Spirit.

The Sword of the Spirit is the Word of God.
There is power in the 66 books of the Bible.
I am going to speak out that power every day!

My life is going to be transformed by the Word of God!
I will do amazing things because I serve an Amazing God!

I am now dressed and ready for VICTORY!

I will shine for Jesus this day!

AMEN!

Full Armor of God Prayer

Dear Lord,

I put on the Full Armor of God.

Helmet

I put on my Stupendously - Strong Helmet of Salvation.

My Holy Helmet saves me from the sin-soaked schemes of the enemy.

Breastplate

I put on my Powerfully - Protective Breastplate of Righteousness.

My Righteous Breastplate saves me from the tempting traps of the enemy.

Shoes

I put on my Super - Spiffy Shoes of Peace.

My Shoes give me the surefootedness I need to move through the half-hidden land mines of the enemy.

Belt

I put on my Battle - Ready Belt of Truth.

God’s Truth saves me from all the deceptive plans and sneaky lies of the dastardly - dark forces.

AND -

My Belt of Truth EXPOSES and SILENCES the lullabies sung to lull me into lukewarmness.

Shield

I pick up my FABULOUSLY  Fire-Resistant FAITH Shield.

My Shield of Faith saves me -  by quenching all the fiery darts that the enemy directs at me.

Sword

I pick up my Spectacularly - Sharp Sword of the Spirit.

My Supernatural Sword saves me from a defeated, demoralized life.

I have victory because Hebrews 4:12 tells me that the Word of God is  QUICK, and POWERFUL, and SHARPER than any two-edged sword.

When the enemy’s evil forces come to attack me, they are PELTED, POUNDED, and PULVERIZED with God’s Word.

I fight VIGOROUSLY, and I win VALIANTLY.

I NOW SHOUT  Victoriously -  “ NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER!” *

AMEN!
