Monday
We begin with our
2025 Prayer
A Prayer to God
from whom all blessings flow
Dear God of Amazing Miracles,
You are my Creator and God of all my days,
I praise you.
You are the God who informs me.
You are the God who guides me.
You are the God who reveals truth and exposes lies.
You are the God who wants closeness and intimacy with me.
You are the everlasting God, and you love me with an everlasting love.
You are the God from whom all blessings flow.
I celebrate your goodness.
I celebrate your grace.
I thank you.
I praise you.
And I will choose to walk close to you this day and this year.
I pray this prayer in the name of my Savior and Lord -
Jesus Christ!
Amen!

Tuesday
Today we share
Power Proclamations.
These proclamations set our mind on God
and focus us on doing his will.
First a
Scriptural Proclamation
inspired by
Psalm 118:24
Anticipation
of the Goodness of God
This is the Day that the Lord has made.
I will rejoice and be glad in it.
This is a miraculous day
that the Lord has made...
with lots of wondrous possibilities
and
I will rejoice and be glad in it.
This is the day that the Lord has made -
full of opportunities to grow more like Jesus
and
I will rejoice and be glad in it.
-
Next a
Proclamation Prayer
of
Thankfulness
for the
Goodness of God
Lord,
Each day I owe you gratitude...
not only
for all your blessings that I see
but also
for those blessings I do not see or detect.
I especially thank you
for
all the protection
for
times where -
trouble was coming
but
you defeated it before it came into my life.
Thank you.
Amen!

A Thought-Provoking Devotional
A DEVOTIONAL LIFE
By A.W. Tozer
Be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
(Ephesians 6:10)
Too many of us object, perhaps unconsciously, to the
rather evident fact
that
the maintenance of the
devotional mood
is indispensable to success in the Christian life.
And what is the devotional mood?
It is nothing else than
constant awareness of
God's enfolding presence,
the holding of
inward conversations
with Christ
and
private worship of God
in spirit and in
truth!
To establish our hearts in the devotional mood
we must
abide in Christ,
walk in the Spirit, pray without ceasing
and
meditate in the Word of God day and night.
Of course this implies
separation from the world and
obedience to the will of God,
as we are able to understand it.
No matter how we may argue,
true holiness and spiritual power
are not
qualities that can be once received
and thereafter
forgotten,
as one might wind a clock or
take a vitamin pill.
Every advance in the spiritual life
must be made
against the determined resistance
of
the world, the flesh and the devil!
The devil's main goal is
to get us to think wrong.

A Devotional with Prayer
We are washed and cleansed by reading the Bible. |
![]() |
Ephesians 5:26 KJV
says
“That he
[Jesus]
might sanctify and cleanse it
[the church]
with the washing of water by the word.”
Reading the Word of God
washes our mind and renews our mind.
Repenting of our sins
washes away our sins.
Any time we sin,
we need to
admit it,
repent to God
and give effort to do better.
Lord,
Today, I will read your Word.
I welcome your washing.
Lord,
Today, I will repent of my sins.
I welcome your washing.
I Praise YOU that ...
Your Love washes me.
Your Mercy washes me.
Your Compassion washes me.
Thank you for
washing me
so
I can be clean.
Thank you for
washing me
so
I can be More useful to You.
Thank you for
washing me
so
I can be all that I was destined to be.
In Jesus' name I pray,
Amen
