Heavenly Father,

Thank you for my marriage.
Thank you for my awesome spouse.  

You created marriage,
and
you are ready to help couples
to
make and maintain
a
healthy marriage. 

I pray for your blessings on my marriage.

I pray that my marriage would be
as sweet as honey
and
as strong as steel.

May we blend our lives together to be
a powerful team for Christ.

May we each be
very aware
of the needs of our spouse,
and
may we both be
very willing
to lay down our selfishness
and be a blessing to our spouse.

May the world see
love and joy as they look at my marriage.  

I pray these things
in the Life - Transforming Name of Jesus, 

Amen

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for helping me with my marriage.

Remind me to keep a tender heart

toward my spouse

in times of frustration.

Help me

to show love

in times of conflict.

Draw me to prayer

when negative emotions try to overtake me. 

I dedicate myself and my marriage to you.

I know that

only when I seek to stay humble

can I truly grow

more

like

Jesus.
