Scripture and Prayer

at the

Monday 

Time,

energy,

money,

and

opportunity

are wasted

when

leisure and pleasure

control 

a

person's

life.

Tuesday 

God gives

many opportunities

to meet our needs

but

many miss them

because

they are not looking.

Wednesday 

In the

School of Faith

sometimes

we don't know

what the lesson is

until

we have

passed or failed

the test. 

If you fail,

just dust yourself off

and

take what you have learned

and

move forward with God.

Thursday 

If a sinful heart

doesn't respond

by

Faith

to God's Word,

it cannot be

transformed by the grace of God.

The first step

toward disobedience

is often

reclassifying sin

and

making it acceptable instead of detestable. 

Our reclassification

of sin

hasn't changed anything -

God still calls sin

"detestable"

and

he shall judge it

if we don't repent.

Friday 

We must learn

we cannot

fight

against God and win.

Saturday

Once we start

to negotiate

the will of God

and see

how close we can get

to the world,

we have already disobeyed him in our heart.

Scripture
The Lord is good and glad to teach the proper path

to all who go astray.

Psalm 25:8 TLB

Prayer for Yielding

Loving Lord,

I want to be humble before you.

Teach me your ways.

I will walk with you.

Amen
