Please tell my little one -

There were hugs I wanted to give you,

photographs I wanted to take,

and memories I wanted to make.

But know, I will carry you in my heart

all my life.

And when I step into heaven, 

I will be with you throughout eternity.

Prayer of Mourning

God,

I have an ache that nothing but you can heal.

Please ease this terrible anguish that I feel.

Help me to find comfort in you.

Take my tears and soothe my soul.

I will remind myself of your promise that one day I will see my baby again.

Amen
