Spiritual Prayer

for my

Future

I invite you to join me in the

following prayer.

Heavenly Father,

I am lifting up prayer to you about my future.

I pray to you

because

you are

my Rock and my Fortress.

You are my Strength, and you are my Joy.

You are my Guidance through a world of confusion.

I stand in awesome wonder of you.

I thank you

that you generously bestow blessings

on those

who seek you.

You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek you.

Your unchanging love

surrounds me and protects me.

I am secure in your hands.

I praise you for you hold time in your hands.

I praise you for you know my thoughts even before

I think them.

Lord,

Prepare me for my future. 

Speak to the depths of my heart

in order to

prepare me for my future.

I hunger for your character to be manifested in my life.

You are the God of the Day and the Night.

Guide me during the day.

Counsel me in the night.

Draw me toward your paths of wisdom.

Help me to dissolve my fears.

Pour your peace over my worries.

Bring encouragement, inspiration, and motivation
to my mind. 

Bring answers to my questions.

Bring strength to my body,

I ask for the stability that your hand brings.

I ask for the gentleness that your love brings.

I ask for you to bring

your

loving conviction

when I stray from you.

I will listen carefully for your voice, and I will yield to you.

Oh Lord,

you are my God in whom my heart rests,

Amen
