I cry out for my husband.

I cry out for this addiction to be removed from his life.
I pray for his freedom.

I ask you, Lord, to help us.  

Speak to his mind. Pour in your truth.

Strengthen his resolve. Increase his motivation to stand against this addiction. Pour your Overcoming POWER into him.

Take away his desires for __________.    

Lord, come and change his life.

Heavenly Father,

I lift up my husband to you.

 

I cry out to you to bring my husband
into a
right relationship with you.

 

Touch his heart in a Powerful way.

 

Draw him away from his addiction to _________.

Draw him into your arms.

 

Remove every stumbling block
that hinders his relationship with you.

 

Expose the lies he believes.

 

Shower him with your love and your truth.

 

Protect him from cloudy thinking.
Help him to experience crisp, clear, godly thinking.

 

I pray that people
-  who love you and are mature in you -
will be attracted to him like a magnet.

 

I pray these things in Jesus’ name,

The following prayer is a

Prayer for a Husband addicted to alcohol.

Please adapt the prayer

to the addiction

your husband is facing.

Father God,

I lift up praise to the Most High God who does Great Miracles.

I am blessed that you hear every prayer and that you are always watching out for us.

I lift up my marriage to you. You see every need and every difficulty.

I ask that you would bring my husband down a path that leads to freedom from alcoholism.

Show him in greater depth the dangers of alcohol – in his present and in his future.

Turn his heart against alcohol. May he begin to hate it.

Touch his heart for the things of you. Strengthen his resolve against alcohol and against anything that draws him away from you.

I ask that you would tender my husband’s heart toward you and toward me.

Lord, you know how to take a stony heart and turn it into a tender heart.

Bring your miracles I pray.

Lord, show me how to pray for my husband and for my marriage.

Show me how to fight in prayer. Raise me up as a Mighty Woman of God.

Remind me that prayer is POWERFUL!

Refresh me and comfort me, Lord.

Help me to find great strength in your Word.

Mighty Man of God!

God of Wonders  –  God of Miracles,

Inspire me to pray Mighty Prayers full of boldness and faith.

I lift up my husband.

I pray that my husband would become

- A Mighty Man -

A man of godly strength and stability,

A man of godly Purpose and POWER,

A man of integrity and inspiration,

A man of honor and humbleness,

and

A man of courage and compassion.
